This study compares Cervical Access Cavity (CervAC) and Traditional Access Cavity (TradAC) in mandibular incisors with non-carious cervical lesions. Twenty extracted incisors were divided into two groups, scanned, and prepared using CervAC or TradAC. Results showed no significant differences in root canal volume, filling, or fracture resistance. However, TradAC removed more dental tissue and left more filling material remnants. CervAC is a viable alternative in the presence of non-carious cervical lesions.
