
Coordinating care for inflammatory arthritis patients is difficult due to fragmented health systems. Health professionals strive for person-centred care but face challenges from economic and cultural frameworks. A study of 24 inpatient situations and interviews with 26 professionals highlighted key themes: person-centred interactions, inter-professional collaboration, and economic/cultural barriers. This research underscores the importance of overcoming systemic challenges for better care pathways.
