TVEH patients had shorter operative times, reduced hospital stays, less morphine use, and lower postoperative febrile morbidity rates than TLH patients. However, both groups showed similar rates of vaginal stump infection. The findings suggest that TVEH is a viable alternative for benign uterine disease cases due to its efficiency and reduced postoperative complications.
