A reverse systematic review (RSR) analyzes continence criteria influence on open retropubic radical prostatectomy (RRP), laparoscopic RP (LRP), and robot-assisted RP (RARP). Among 422 studies (193,618 patients), 'No pad' was the most used criterion, exhibiting the most negligible bias. RSR highlights it as a fair option for future comparisons, providing insights into continence rates.
