A study sheds light on postpartum women's coping strategies, exploring the influences of demographics and maternity factors on mental health. The study gathered data from 239 women and revealed age and children's gender impact coping mechanisms, with those over 40 favouring emotional-focused coping. Cesarean section deliveries correlate with more avoidant-focused coping. The findings stress the need for healthcare professionals to promote effective coping strategies and discourage avoidance-oriented approaches in postpartum interventions.
