The study, involved 519 RC cases from two tertiary hospitals, utilized an automated MRI segmentation technique with deep learning algorithms. The resulting nomogram, combining clinical parameters and Radscore, demonstrated superior accuracy in predicting LNM compared to subjective evaluation. This approach, leveraging deep learning and automatic segmentation, has the potential to enhance clinical decision-making and improve patient care for RC.
