A study at the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University developed and validated two nomograms to predict osteoporosis and bone loss in Chinese prostate cancer (PCa) patients. Data from 596 patients were used, and key predictors included age, body mass index, hemoglobin, vitamin D3, testosterone, and androgen deprivation therapy duration. The nomograms performed well with C‐indexes of 0.923 (training) and 0.859 (validation). Decision curve analysis showed their clinical benefit. Another nomogram focused on bone loss in patients under ADT treatment, with similar diagnostic performance. These nomograms provide personalized tools to predict osteoporosis and bone loss in PCa patients.
