The study aimed to develop a predictive tool for determining the treatment pattern of women with bothersome urinary urgency (UU) and/or UU incontinence over a one-year period. The research involved a cohort of adult women seeking care for lower urinary tract symptoms. Various statistical models were employed to predict treatment levels, discontinuation of overactive bladder (OAB) medication, and sling placement during the study period. Factors such as baseline treatment level, hypertension, severity of UU incontinence and stress urinary incontinence, and anticholinergic burden score were found to be associated with treatment outcomes. The developed tools can assist healthcare providers in tailoring treatment plans for improved outcomes in patients with these conditions.
