The Diamond technique, a minimally invasive approach for neck and décolleté rejuvenation, combines calcium hydroxyapatite, hyaluronic acid, and incobotulinumtoxinA. Using a diamond-shaped acetate device to guide injections, this technique enhances precision and reproducibility. In a pilot study involving four female patients aged 55-63 years, significant improvements were noted in skin laxity, wrinkles, and overall skin quality. Two participants reported results "beyond expectations." The technique offers a promising solution for neck and décolleté rejuvenation, with potential for individualized treatments. However, controlled, long-term studies are necessary to validate its efficacy and safety compared to existing treatments.
