The study evaluates direct cyclopexy's clinical effects on traumatic cyclodialysis cleft. In 23 patients, 19 received single cyclopexy, and 4 had combined cyclopexy with vitrectomy. Postoperative results showed successful reset of the ciliary body in 22 patients, with significant IOP increase (6.48 mmHg to 13.29 mmHg) and improvement in best-corrected visual acuity (0.60 to 0.38 logMAR). Direct cyclopexy is an effective treatment for traumatic ciliary detachment.
