
Subjective morbidities were reported 2.3 times more frequently than objective ones in the study. The most common issues included weakened dorsiflexion and reduced ambulatory status. A significant correlation between pain intensity and pain sensitivity was found. No significant links were seen between donor-site morbidities and conditions like smoking or diabetes. This highlights the need to prioritize patient experiences in evaluating postoperative recovery and rehabilitation.
