Older individuals tend to include less physical activity in their routines. As a result, they are more prone to chronic diseases and severe medical complications, making them the most burdened group losing years of life due to pandemic-related premature mortality. This research aimed to assess the lifestyle factors that affect the COVID-19 course among patients ≥ 65 years old. Elderly COVID-19 patients should re-think their lifestyle habits to consider a physical activity level adjusted to their abilities to decrease the risk of a severe disease course and further limit both the number and duration of symptoms.
