This study assessed the durability of output-dependent QRS transition and left bundle branch (LBB) capture in 129 patients who underwent left bundle branch area pacing (LBBAP). Over one year, QRS transitions persisted in 88% of patients initially showing this feature. LBB capture thresholds remained stable, with slight increases observed in a minority of patients. The findings confirm the long-term reliability of QRS transition as an indicator of successful LBB capture.
