The study focuses on addressing the prevalent issue of breast cancer among women in Iran, emphasizing the impact of inadequate awareness of its occurrence. The study involving 162 women aged 30–69 employs the Health Action Model (HAM) to evaluate the effectiveness of a two-month educational intervention. Results indicate significant improvements in HAM constructs and screening behaviours in the intervention group compared to the control group at 3 and 6 months. These findings underscore the positive influence of the Health Action Model in enhancing breast cancer screening practices.
