Efficacy and safety of the combination of camrelizumab and apatinib in the treatment of liver cancer

A study assessing the effectiveness and safety of combining camrelizumab and apatinib for liver cancer treatment yielded promising results. The combination showcased a 28% objective response rate and a 69% disease control rate. Median progression-free survival was 5.87 months, and median overall survival was 19.35 months. However, 90% experienced any grade adverse events, with 49% encountering grade 3 or higher.
