Among the 1,095 participants, 2-year DFS rates were similar between the pembrolizumab and placebo groups. However, in the dMMR subgroup, pembrolizumab showed a significant DFS benefit (HR 0.31), while no such benefit was seen in the pMMR subgroup (HR 1.20). Safety profiles were acceptable with no grade 5 adverse events.
