
A new analysis of 168 trials assessing sleep interventions for fibromyalgia found that exercise, particularly land- and water-based aerobic training, may improve sleep quality. While evidence for other treatments remains uncertain, these findings highlight the potential of movement-based therapies for better rest. Further research is needed to confirm long-term benefits and refine treatment options.
