Key factors influencing management include the tooth's maturation stage, mobility, direction and distance of displacement, and any associated alveolar fractures. Special attention is given to immature teeth, subdivided into adolescent and very young categories. The consensus aims to assist clinicians with clinical evaluation, management decisions, follow-up, and orthodontic treatment planning.
