A study that addresses the underexplored topic of sexual and reproductive health (SRH) care among individuals with early psychosis. The study in Ontario, Canada, involved qualitative interviews with 19 service users and 36 clinicians from early psychosis programs. Findings reveal common themes, including diverse SRH care settings, barriers in nonpsychiatric SRH care due to psychosis, the lack of SRH attention in psychiatric care, and variations in informal SRH-related discussions and support. The study emphasizes the need for urgent healthcare improvements to address this population's multifaceted SRH needs.
