The study assessed the effect of ferrule height and the number of glass fiber posts on fracture resistance in endodontically treated maxillary first premolars. Twenty-four premolars were divided into three groups based on ferrule height and post number. The results revealed that the control group with a 2mm ferrule height and single post showed the highest fracture resistance. While no significant difference was observed between the single- and double-post groups, more restorable fractures were observed in double-post restorations.
