This retrospective cohort study compared the predictive performance of four widely used fetal growth nomograms (Hadlock, International Fetal and Newborn Growth Consortium, Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute, World Health Organization) and a local reference in assessing small for gestational age and neonatal outcomes. Analyzing data from over 10,000 pregnancies, the study found comparable performance across nomograms in predicting these outcomes. Notably, Hadlock, recent fetal growth nomograms, and the local reference demonstrated similar efficacy in predicting small for gestational age and neonatal composite outcomes.
