Glazing significantly improved the surface, mechanical, and microbiological properties of denture base resins. For 3D-printed resins, it reduced roughness by 0.33 µm, decreased water contact angle by 8.47°, and increased brightness by 21.30 units. Hardness and flexural strength improved, especially for Prizma resin. Glazing also decreased Candida albicans colonization by 7.79 log CFU/mL. Thermal cycling increased roughness and wettability but did not affect hardness. Glazing enhances durability and biofilm resistance of denture resins.
