These tablets (1 mg, 2.5 mg, 5 mg, and 10 mg) will be distributed in the U.S. by Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Inc., USA. The market for Prolixin® Tablets achieved approximately $18.1 million in annual sales, according to IQVIATM data ending September 2023. Glenmark currently has 189 products authorized for U.S. distribution and 50 ANDAs pending FDA approval, with ongoing efforts to expand its pipeline and portfolio through internal and external collaborations.

A machine learning study involving 4,900 critically ill patients with COPD and sepsis developed a naive Bayes model to predict in-hospital mortality. Prospective multicentre validation is needed before routine clinical use.
