The study assessed the safety and efficacy of GR1802, an anti-IL-4Rα monoclonal antibody, in patients with uncontrolled chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP). Seventy participants were randomized to receive GR1802 or placebo. GR1802 significantly improved nasal polyp score, nasal congestion score, and other secondary endpoints compared to placebo. Both eosinophilic and non-eosinophilic subgroups showed benefits.
