This study examines heart failure (HF) patients who experienced an improvement in left ventricular ejection fraction (HFimpEF) and compared them to those with persistently reduced ejection fraction (pHFrEF). HFimpEF patients had milder HF symptoms, better exercise performance, and a more favourable prognosis than pHFrEF patients. However, they still face some risk for adverse outcomes.
