
A randomized trial (N=82) demonstrated significant reductions in erythema, burning, and itching after 8–12 weeks, alongside improved skin hydration and decreased transepidermal water loss. Patients with Demodex infestation experienced superior outcomes compared to hyaluronic acid treatment. The gel shows promise as a safe and effective rosacea therapy.
