
In colorectal cancer liver metastases (CRLM), the homogeneity of immune features, including CD3+ T cell infiltration and MHC-I expression, across multiple metastases appears to be a more significant predictor of oncological outcomes than the pathological response to preoperative chemotherapy. Patients with immune homogeneous CRLMs had a longer time to recurrence and disease-specific survival.
