This study conducted a bibliometric analysis to identify the core journals in otolaryngology literature. The top eight journals identified were: Laryngoscope, Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery, Otology & Neurotology, JAMA Otolaryngology—Head & Neck Surgery, Head & Neck, European Archives of Oto‐Rhino‐Laryngology, International Journal of Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology, and Annals of Otology, Rhinology & Laryngology. These journals are recommended for otolaryngology clinicians and researchers to include in their daily reading routine. The analysis also revealed a linear relationship between journal rank and the cumulative number of citations, emphasizing the significance of these core journals in staying updated with the latest advances in the field.
