Ischemia and no obstructive coronary artery disease (INOCA) disproportionately affect women. Therefore, understanding the patient's experiences with symptoms, clinician interactions, and the healthcare system can guide more patient-centred care. A diagnosis informed by coronary function testing significantly influences healthcare experiences, quality of life, and emotional well-being of women with INOCA.
