The findings suggest glucocorticoids primarily repress inflammatory signaling through transcriptional competition while also cooperating with NF-κB to activate anti-inflammatory genes.

A retrospective study of 116 fetuses with prenatally diagnosed d-transposition of the great arteries (d-TGA) found an overall neonatal survival rate of 88.8%.
