A study assessed Dapagliflozin in Heart Failure patients with improved ejection fraction (HFimpEF) showed consistent efficacy and safety across different background medical therapies. The trial's 2.3-year follow-up demonstrated reduced heart failure events, particularly in patients on fewer therapies at baseline. Dapagliflozin didn't impact existing therapy use and was added safely to triple-medication cases. A promising stride toward managing HFimpEF and enhancing patient lives.
