The study investigated whether COVID-19 vaccination affects the menstrual cycle and pregnancy. A cross-sectional survey was conducted on 300 women of reproductive age using a pretested questionnaire. The study found that only 10% of participants experienced changes in the regularity of menstruation, and 11% reported changes in cycle duration after vaccination. There was a significant association between the type of vaccine used and changes in the menstrual cycle, but the long-term health implications remain unknown.
