To describe the incidence, clinical features and perinatal outcome of late-onset growth restriction (FGR) associated with genetic syndromes or aneuploidy, structural malformation, or congenital infection. Most pregnancies complicated by anomalous late‐onset FGR fetuses are related to structural malformations. In addition, anomalous late‐onset FGR fetuses are associated with an increased incidence of complications at birth and NICU admission and a longer length of hospital stay compared to isolated late‐onset FGR fetuses.
