The study reveals that individualized nutritional management significantly enhances lung function, nutritional status, and quality of life in COPD patients. Among 100 hospitalized patients, those receiving personalized nutrition (43 patients) showed higher FEV1, FVC, and 6MWT improvements than the control group (57 patients). The total effective rate was also higher (88.37% vs. 85.96%). These findings highlight the vital role of nutrition in COPD treatment.
