The mean baseline IRP was 16.45 mmHg, but during semi-rigid URS, it reached 34.93 mmHg and varied during flexible ureterorenoscopy (FURS). High IRP levels during FURS were associated with postoperative urosepsis in 5% of cases, suggesting a potential link between elevated IRP and adverse outcomes. This study sheds light on the dynamics of IRP during URS procedures and their implications.
