
A study compared long-term intraocular lens (IOL) decentration and tilt after femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery (FLACS) and conventional surgery using swept-source anterior segment optical coherence tomography (SS-ASOCT). In a retrospective analysis of 188 eyes, FLACS demonstrated significantly less IOL decentration (170 μm) than conventional surgery (240 μm, p = 0.002). However, no significant differences in IOL tilt or postoperative corrected distance visual acuity (CDVA) were observed between the two methods. This highlights FLACS's advantages in achieving better long-term IOL centration
