Knotless vs. Knotted Suture Anchors in Hip Labral Repair

Both knotless and knotted suture anchors are effective for hip labral repair, with low revision and THA conversion rates. The knotless group had 8.1% reoperations and 4.4% THA conversions, while the knotted group had 6.2% reoperations and 1.9% THA conversions. Functional outcomes showed improvement, with the knotted group having slightly better mHHS scores (88.8 vs. 86.3). Failure mechanisms differ between the two anchor types.
