This retrospective CBCT-based study evaluated long-term temporomandibular joint (TMJ) stability in patients undergoing segmental mandibulectomy with free fibular flap reconstruction and condylar preservation. Analysis of 89 patients across multiple postoperative time points showed significant changes in condylar position over time. Surgical accuracy, defect characteristics, and postoperative radiotherapy were key factors influencing TMJ stability.
