Hypoparathyroidism is most commonly seen after neck surgery, which accounts for approximately 75% of cases, whereas about 25% have HypoPT due to non‐surgical causes. Parathyroid hormone (PTH) replacement therapy may improve the biochemical profile in those in whom conventional treatment proves unsatisfactory. Based on a systematic review and meta‐analysis of the literature, the panel made a graded recommendation suggesting traditional therapy as first-line therapy rather than administration of PTH (weak recommendation, low-quality evidence).

Blocking miR-30e-5p reduced atherosclerosis in obese and atherosclerotic mice, highlighting a potential therapeutic pathway.

The model could refine diagnosis and help redefine the biological limits of vital pulp therapy.

Cyclosporine 0.09% and 0.1% ranked highest for corneal staining improvement, while tacrolimus showed early improvements in tear production and stability. Varenicline increased tear production but needs further comparative validation.
