Intravenous administration of MSC-NVs resulted in significant uptake within hypertensive lungs, pulmonary artery lesions, and especially pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells (PASMCs). These data highlight the efficacy and advantages of MSC-NVs over MSC-EVs as a promising therapeutic strategy against PH.
