Midterm Outcomes of Revision Osteochondral Allograft Transplantation in Knees

Revision osteochondral allograft (OCA) transplantation shows promising midterm results, with high Patient Acceptable Symptom State achievement (e.g., Lysholm 83%, KOOS Sport 90%). The 9.3-year follow-up of 15 revision patients found no significant difference in graft survivorship compared to 30 primary OCA patients. Reoperation was needed in 53%, and failure occurred in 20%. Graft survivorship free from failure showed no significant difference between groups.
