MIR181A1HG Promotes Gastric Cancer Progression via EMT and NFATC2

The study investigated the role of lncRNA MIR181A1HG in gastric cancer (GC) progression. MIR181A1HG is upregulated in GC and interacts with ELAVL1 to regulate epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). Additionally, a positive feedback loop involving miR-181a-5p/miR-181b-5p, SOCS3, and NFATC2 enhances MIR181A1HG expression. MIR181A1HG expression correlates with key markers such as ELAVL1 and NFATC2 and negatively with SOCS3, suggesting its potential as a prognostic biomarker in GC.
