In this study, the feasibility and outcomes of Mixed Reality Combined with Surgical Navigation (MRSN) in parotid micro- and mini-tumor resections were evaluated. Eighteen patients were included, with six in the MRSN group and twelve in the control group. No significant difference was found in surgery time or intraoperative bleeding between the groups. Complications were absent in the MRSN group, contrasting with one case of temporary facial paralysis in the control group. The study highlights the potential of MRSN technology in enhancing the safety and precision of parotid gland tumor resections.
