The study analyzed 70 pregnant women, finding significantly higher TMAVA, TMAO, and TML levels in GDM patients. These biomarkers correlated with key metabolic indicators, and their combined detection achieved an AUC of 0.940 for predicting GDM. TMAVA was most predictive of adverse pregnancy outcomes, offering a promising tool for early screening and risk assessment.
