The study developed an innovative injectable gel using a biocompatible hyaluronic acid (HA) carrier with a less toxic cross-linker and polycaprolactone (PCL) microspheres. Six formulations were evaluated, with PCL-HA6 demonstrating the highest cell viability, improved collagen production, and favorable rheological properties, including a storage modulus of 553.97 Pa. The PCL/HA gel showed excellent injectability, non-toxicity, and potential for soft tissue augmentation in medical applications.
