A study evaluated the long-term efficacy of biweekly 300mg dupilumab therapy in Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps (CRSwNP). 61 patients were prescribed the treatment and monitored for up to 24 months. Results showed that dupilumab effectively improved subjective and objective measures in CRSwNP, with notable differences among patient subsets. Patients with Th2 comorbidities such as asthma and atopy exhibited a delayed but continuous response beyond six months, while non-asthmatic, non-atopic patients reached stability earlier. Overall, dupilumab demonstrated excellent long-term control over CRSwNP, highlighting varying response timelines based on patient Th2 comorbidities.
