The study evaluates the relationship between baseline NLR and treatment efficacy in 153 patients with recurrent or metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma (R/M NPC) treated with PD-L1 inhibitors. Elevated NLR (>2.826) is linked to a poorer disease control rate (DCR), progression-free survival (PFS), and overall survival (OS). High NLR serves as a significant independent predictor of treatment response and survival.
