This study investigates autoantibodies (AAbs) as prognostic markers for progression-free survival (PFS) in advanced non-small cell lung cancer (aNSCLC) patients treated with anti-PD1 combined with chemotherapy. A panel of eight AAbs, associated with survival outcomes, was identified through a multi-phase approach, showcasing potential for improved prognostic stratification. The dynamic cohort analysis further revealed AAbs' ability to predict prognosis before and after treatment, providing valuable insights for personalized treatment strategies in aNSCLC patients undergoing immunochemotherapy.
