The feasibility trial of therapist-supported online Cognitive Therapy for PTSD in adolescents met all pre-determined progression criteria. At 16 weeks, the odds of PTSD diagnosis were 80% lower than in the waitlist group (adjusted OR 0.20, 95% CI 0.02–1.42). Secondary outcomes showed moderate-to-large effect sizes, with sustained improvements at 38 weeks. Recruitment targets were met, and therapy retention was 100%.
