This study investigated the potential association between parental age at birth and biomarkers of fecundity in young men from the Fetal Programming of Semen Quality cohort. While no consistent associations were observed, sons of mothers aged ≥35 exhibited lower sperm concentration and total sperm count. Additionally, combinations of high parental age (≥35 years) were linked to lower sperm concentration.
